Our Story

Thin Blue Home Loans was founded by Daniel Tully in 2020.

The business began with a simple mission: to help everyday Australians achieve financial freedom and home ownership sooner.

Daniel personally leads all client interaction and stands by his reputation as a mortgage broker that listens and delivers, removes client stress and offers clear and collaborative action plans

“When I first meet a client, it’s important to take the time to understand exactly what they are trying to achieve. Buying a house is one thing, but creating a path to home ownership and financial freedom is something different all together. Developing a clear picture of what each clients requirements are, how they do their day to day banking and what their ultimate objectives are, is essential” said Daniel

“Once I understand their individual requirements and objectives, then I can start to discuss options with a client. I can help them understand the true cost of the purchase including–stamp duty, conveyancing costs, legal fees etc, so they get areal picture of what the home is costing.”

“From there, I explain the different products and offers from various lender and the conditions under which they will lend. I also explain what government schemes and incentives that are available to them, if any, which may assist in reducing some of the added costs.”
